Dr. David Bowen
Dr. David Bowen (pronounced Bo-win) is joining the Selkirk Dental family! Dr. Bowen was born and raised in Moscow before choosing to follow in his grandfather, mother, and older brother in dentistry. He graduated from Walla Walla University before completing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Bowen has been practicing for 10 years in Bozeman, Montana and is excited to move himself and his family back home to Idaho. Dr. Bowen is passionate about building strong relationships with patients. He treats each patient as he would a family member, making sure their dental goals are being met.
Dr. Bowen keeps his skills sharp through his involvement in several top tier organizations, such as the ADA and Spear Study Club. Dr. Bowen might be the tallest dentist you meet. At 6'11", he is can see over most others’ heads. He also enjoys a birds-eye view as a licensed pilot for 20 years, and just completed his IFR training. Be sure to welcome him to the area when you spot him in the community!
